Mad Goat Pottery
Chris Polich
I have enjoyed working in clay for some time now. I build vessels and wall pockets from slabs of stoneware. Each piece is one of a kind as I shape the slabs to form the final pot. I allow each piece to determine what color of glaze gets applied to complete its journey. The name Mad Goat Pottery came about by the nature of owning goats when my sons were young. They would always say our oldest goat was mad and the rest is history. Most of the items I create whether they are the wall pockets or the vessels tend to be used for plants and fresh or dry flower arrangements. The options are endless and I hope you enjoy my pottery as much as I enjoy creating it.
