The goal of my photography is to capture the essence of my avian subjects. Whether it is a behavior, the light on the feathers, or a sense of the place they inhabit. Sometimes the result is a portrait and other times a play of the space around them. All captures are in the wild and minimal post-processing is done. In order to produce the best work and control the quality I do my own printing and finishing. This start to finish effort ensures that the art truly reflects my vision.
